My plastic surgeon's name was Neumon Goshorn. He is with The Plastic Surgery Group of Memphis, TN. He is also a sponsor of your site, which is where I found him. When I tell you he is incredible, please believe me! I could have looked the world over and never found anyone as caring and concerned about his work as Dr. Goshorn is.

I have already had 3 follow-up visits since my BA, and I have another one Dec. 18th. He follows you very carefully the first year to make sure you are massaging correctly and they are nice and soft, which mine are. I got Mentor smoothe round saline implants, 325cc overfilled to 340 on the right and 350 on the left via transaxillary incisions. I was an A cup after breastfeeding 2 children, but now I am a very perky C.

I am more pleased than I ever imagined I would be, and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Goshorn to anyone here in the south who may be considering a breast augmentation. I live in Helena, Arkansas and he is in Memphis, TN. That's only 90 min. from here, but I would drive triple that to use him if I had to. He is well worth it, I promise. I am a registered nurse,so I did extensive research on this procedure and also different physicians. I am so happy I chose Dr. Goshorn!! Please pass this along!

I used Dr.Goshorn in Memphis,Tenn. I used him twiced and have been very happy with him both times.The first time I had saline and it didn't work out for me ...the redo was 3 weeks ago and it was a breeze.I went with the silicone implants and they are great. Dr.Goshorn used the pain pump on the redo because I did have great pain with the first BA .The pain pump was a lifr saver.I never had pain at all the whole 3 days I was on it. Dr.Goshorn is the most caring and understanding PS I've ever experienced.His best interest is for his patient.You are always put first and has a great staff always ready when you need them. This man does great work and would return to him if I ever decided to have any more plastic surgery done.

9/30/2001 - I live in Cordova, TN, outside of Memphis. I have wanted breast augmentation for several years and it became possible for me to have surgery this year. I had about three doctors in mind and decided because of a doctor friend of mine, who is a radiologist, to only see the doctor he suggested. I had already made an appointment with Dr. Neumon Goshorn before Dr. Yarbrough's suggestion. I had heard of him before through friends as well as to find him a sponsor of this website.

I know that I made an excellent choice in a surgeon. My breasts are natural looking and not out of proportion to my body. I had some asymmetry and sagging before surgery and he corrected it. My breasts look like they did when I was a teenager.

Dr. Goshorn, as well as his staff Renee, Carla, and Dee Dee, were very personnel and made the whole experience wonderful. I know that I can be quite analytical and I probably would be considered a pain of a patient but Dr. Goshorn and his staff haven't been anything but professional and patient.

Dr. Goshorn is very informative and takes time to answer all of questions and concerns. I really haven't had any problems with my implants except a muscle spasm in my left breast, but it has only been 3 weeks since my surgery. I haven't once doubted his expertise and advice about what I am going through. Before and after my surgery he has only given me positive reinforcement, and I have never worried about any of the changes that my breast and body have gone through after surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Goshorn and if anyone any where, were to ask me about my plastic surgeon and who they should choose if they were considering breast augmentation I would suggest Dr. Goshorn and only him.

6/15/2001 - Neumon Goshorn was my surgeon. My brother recommended him as he knew him and he knew he did a lot of women that he knew and they all looked great! I went to him, he was with a group that I had had some knowledge of and had thought of going to before if I ever had it done. He was great. He did a great job. After reading your sight and talking with a few others of how they picked their size and all, I was most impressed with how Dr. Goshorn and I chose my size. I think his approach was perfect for me, but not for everyone. He did measurements and recommended what he thought my body could handle that would look most natural and feel real.

My husband and I are so very pleased. I had very little bruising, no bandages, except some little strips under my arms, and although I was soar afterwards, it wasn't the way others on your sight talk about. 3 weeks out I was sleeping on my sides. After 1 week, my husband I had sex and although we were careful, there was no pain. I am totally amazed at the whole thing. My breast look like they have been here all my life and they are not too big or too small. They are just right! Just what I've been wanting since I was realized God had not blessed me with the size chest I wanted.

Thank you for your site and all the info that you provide. My husband found this for me when I got really serious for the first time in Feb. about really finally doing it! I still can't believe after all these years I have really had it done. I knew that I never wanted it done until I had finished having children and nursing. The pictures and testimonials are so great!
