I just wanted to let you know the work you do really makes a difference. I was nineteen when I first came to you to discuss a rhinoplasty. I was insecure about my appearance due to being born with a nose that was too large for my face. I was an honor student, involved with student council and had many friends but I couldn't get past the fact that I hated my nose. Fortunately, I had kind, supportive parents who recognized that this was a lasting life changing gift that they could give me and didn't minimize my feelings of inadequacy as silly and vain.

I know I presented you with a difficult case because I had been previously augmented and my skin had stretched out following the births of my 3 children.
